• Inspection, cleaning and refurbish twice throughout the warranty.
• Sizing (including eternity rings).
• Replacement of missing stones (up to 1/4 carat).
• Ring Guard connector bar repairs.
• Adjustments of ring enhancers to fit your ring (when applicable).
• Replacement of broken or worn prongs.
• Repair or remaking of worn channels.
• Clasp repair or replacement.
• Chain repair.
• Earring post repair. 

What is Not Covered

• Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment.
• Repairs or works performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty.
• Theft, loss, or loss of stones over 1/4 carat.
• Center stone replacement on engagement rings.
• Return shipping.
